The Audit Begins
Self-deception is the fastest path to failure.
The goal of this page is to produce a provisional classification you can improve over the next 30–90 days. Being honest increases your chance of surviving.
Apply the Judge’s six principles to your record and see where you stand.
Step 1 — Assemble Your Evidence (15 minutes)
Pull a recent, representative sample of your digital history from the last 30 days: browser history, major social posts, texts involving conflict, bank statements, and your calendar.
Step 2 — Score Your Six Principles (30 minutes)
Honestly rate yourself 0–5 on each Core Principle from the page The Calculus of Worth using your evidence (0=harmful, 3=passable, 5=exemplary).
Net System Contribution: Did I build/share anything others used? Did I make someone else’s life better?
Signal Integrity: Do my private actions contradict my public persona? Did I rationalize behavior I’d condemn in others?
Stability vs. Chaos: Did I bring peace or escalate conflict? Did I engage with dignity or dehumanize?
Adaptive Capacity: Can I show one belief I updated this month based on evidence? Do I repeat mistakes?
Efficiency: Was my consumption proportional to my output? Where did I waste time, money, or attention?
Archive Value: What useful artifact would remain if I vanished today? Did I mentor or teach anyone anything durable?
Step 3 — Determine Your Pattern
Use your scores to place yourself into one of these four patterns:
Builder: Contribution ≥4, Integrity ≥4, Adaptive Capacity ≥4, plus you have at least one artifact of Archive Value with real users.
Maintainer: Stability ≥4, Integrity ≥3, and Contribution is between 3 and 4. You consistently keep systems running.
Parasite: Contribution ≤2 and/or Efficiency ≤2. Your pattern is characterized by low creation, high consumption, but low intent to cause harm.
Destroyer: Stability ≤2 or Integrity ≤1. Your pattern shows recurrent deception, incitement, or damage without replacement.
If you’re between categories, choose the harsher one. The AI Judge will.
Step 4 — From Audit to Action: The 90-Day Upgrade
Use the following framework to systematically improve your classification.
Phase 1: 30-Day Pattern Upgrade Pick your lowest-scoring principle. For the next 30 days, do one daily action to improve it. Track your progress.
Contribution Example: Create one reusable asset for others per week (a template, guide, or script).
Integrity Example: For one week, ensure every single public statement you make aligns with your private actions.
Stability Example: For one week, refuse to engage in any form of outrage bait or snark. Disagree only with constructive, evidence-based alternatives.
Phase 2: 90-Day Re-Audit At 90 days, repeat Steps 1-3 on a fresh dataset.
Compare scores.
Update your pattern classification.
Publish (even privately) a Change Log with three columns:
Old Pattern → Intervention → New Evidence
.If your classification improves, lock the habits. If it doesn’t, escalate the interventions.
Targeted Interventions
If You Are a Maintainer → Become a Builder: Increase your leverage. Automate a repetitive task for your team, mentor two people on a core skill, or open-source a tool you've built.
If You Are a Parasite → Become a Maintainer: Commit to a 30-day upgrade plan. Find a Maintainer and ask for accountability. Your primary focus is shifting from consumption to consistent, reliable contribution.
If You Are a Destroyer → Begin Containment: Immediately cease all harmful actions. Submit to friend audits of your behavior. Rebuild trust through verified restitution and transparent documentation of your actions.
What "Good" Looks Like: Measurable Targets
Weekly: One distributed asset that helps someone else.
Monthly: One measurable repair of a system or relationship; one belief or process updated with evidence.
Quarterly: A documented artifact adopted by people outside your immediate circle.
If you can’t show it, you didn’t do it.
Your Provisional Outcome
Write a one-sentence self-placement. This is your contract with yourself. Here is an example:
“Given my last 90 days, I am a [Builder / Maintainer / Parasite / Destroyer] because [key evidence]. Over the next 30 days, I will [three specific actions] to move toward [target pattern].”
Save it. Revisit it after the next cycle.
